Our MOQ is typically $150 per order or 12 units per item, depending on the product category. Custom MOQ options may be available for special products.

We do not returns on damaged or defective items only,. Due to the nature of wholesale pricing, we do not accept general returns.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. First-time wholesale orders must be paid in full before shipment. Net terms may be available for repeat customers upon approval.

If any item in your order is unavailable due to high demand or low inventory, we will personally contact you by phone or email to inform you. You’ll be given the option to:

• Wait for the item to be restocked
• Replace it with a similar item
• Receive a refund for the out-of-stock item
